Our Story

We started Auditsuisse after watching the same pattern repeat: a fast-growing company closes a funding round, lands an enterprise prospect, and then discovers that the compliance audit standing between them and revenue will take far longer than expected and cost six figures — from a firm that treats them like a rounding error. We knew there was a better way.

As a licensed US CPA firm with AICPA peer review, we issue SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports that carry the full weight of the American attestation framework. Our Swiss registration under Auditsuisse Assurance AG gives us on-the-ground presence in one of Europe's most respected regulatory jurisdictions — and access to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), recognized by the EU as providing adequate protection.

Our team brings Big 4 experience, CISA and CISSP certifications, and deep domain expertise across financial services, healthcare, technology, and SaaS. Sébastien is the Director of Auditsuisse Assurance. He is a certified Swiss CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer, RAB license n°114662) and US CPA (license n°034634), with a specialization in Information Systems and Controls (ISC). He holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Finance from the University of Lausanne.

With a background in audit within a Big Four firm, where he worked for nearly five years, he has developed solid expertise working with both SMEs and international groups. He specializes in SOC 2 and cybersecurity, supporting technology-driven companies in the design, implementation, and evaluation of their control environments, including Trust Services Criteria, cloud infrastructures, and IT risk management.

Through his experience and dual certification, Sébastien has developed a strong understanding of both the Swiss and European environments as well as the US market, allowing him to support companies operating across different regulatory frameworks.

Amir Tarighat serves as a Board Director of Auditsuisse Assurance AG, where he contributes to strategic planning and corporate governance specific to the firm's Swiss entity. He is also the CEO and cofounder of Agency, a cybersecurity and compliance firm supporting high-growth and enterprise organizations. A three-time founder, Amir brings extensive experience in software engineering and cybersecurity.

He has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large public sector institutions, helping them navigate complex cybersecurity and compliance challenges. He is also the principal inventor on multiple software patents related to cybersecurity, compliance, and other regulated technologies.

Amir is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and an active investor in early-stage technology companies. His work spans both operating and advisory roles, with a focus on scaling businesses and building resilient, security-first infrastructure.
